Episode 16: Debbi Kenote

Debbi Kenote, born in 1991 in Anacortes, WA, is an internationally exhibited artist with a BFA in Painting from Western Washington University and an MFA in Sculpture from Brooklyn College. Her work has been featured in galleries and art fairs worldwide, including in New York, Montreal, London, and Beijing, as well as in publications like Elle Magazine and Hyperallergic. Kenote's art is part of collections like the OZ Art Collection and Capital One Corporate Collection. She has held residencies at institutions such as the Ucross Foundation and Vermont Studio Center, and was a finalist for the Innovate Grant in 2022 and shortlisted for the Hopper Prize in 2021. Kenote lives and works in Brooklyn, NY.
